Is there a free plan?
There is no free tier, but you start free. Every new account gets 100 emails to set up your domains and test end to end, with no card required. When you are ready to send in production, choose Starter or Growth.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout by country and business status. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are handled under the reverse-charge rules.
What is the daily sending limit?
New senders ramp through an automated warmup that protects your reputation. Once warmup completes, daily sending is unlimited within your monthly plan volume.
How does data retention work?
You choose what we keep and for how long. Recipient data deletes itself on your schedule, and anonymous statistics are kept indefinitely because they carry no personal data. We never store message content. This control is free.
Who can get a dedicated IP?
Any account, for €10 a month, fully managed and warmed. We recommend it for higher-volume senders, since a dedicated IP needs steady daily volume to hold a warm reputation. Lower-volume senders usually deliver better on our managed shared pool.
What is the difference between the two verification checks?
The fast check is free and runs before every send, but it confirms the domain, not the mailbox. The deep check confirms the mailbox itself. It is reliable on business domains and priced at €2.50 per 1,000. Known providers like Gmail cannot be probed reliably, so they are an opt-in at €9 per 1,000 and often return "unknown". onesend routes each address to the right rate automatically.
How do I pay?
Through Mollie, a European payment provider. No US company sits in the billing path, in keeping with the rest of the stack.
How is this sovereign?
The company, the servers, and the payment layer are all European. onesend keeps no US entity in the stack, so no US law can compel disclosure of your data. You stay sovereign over your data and our service; your recipients' own mailboxes remain their own.
